VCI Foam Emitters – Rust Guard Premium™
Polyurethane pads that are impregnated with VCI technology, Rust Guard Premium™ VCI Foam Emitters combine corrosion protection with surface protection and cushioning benefits for packaging metal parts. These pads can be used as VCI emitters for corrosion prevention and as cushioning for sensitive products. Rust Guard Premium™ VCI Foam Emitters are ideal for small parts, which need cushioning in addition to VCI protection. Stock foam emitters are 10” x 10” x ¼ “ thick and protect up to 8 cubic feet per pad. They are also available in 1” x 1” pads.

VCI Wire Emitters – Rust Guard Premium™
VCI Wire Emitters provide corrosion protection of tubes, pipes, or conduits in storage or during shipping. The wire strip is placed inside the tube, which is then capped or sealed. The length of the wire strip should equal the length of the pipe, and within hours, the vapors from the wire strip saturate the enclosed air space. Metals protected include carbon steels, stainless steels, copper, brass, aluminum, silver, galvanized steel, and solder.
